Should anyone be curious, “Lickety Wop!” is a goofy Roy Crane sound effect that he sometimes used in his “Wash Tubbs” later “Captain Easy” newspaper strips…
Crane was a master at using the Craftint or Doutone art boards… Bristol board that had printed line screens for shading that you could develop with a chemical wash after inking… The downside of using this stuff, is you couldn’t make any mistakes while inking as whiteout would cover or blotch the shading…
You do realize that this is all your fault, Joe, don’t you? Two pages ago you asked for a ” CB cameo, please”…
I was about to reply that wasn’t possible as Funny Animal characters don’t actually exist… But then I got an idea of using the Bunny as an animated TV character while also marginally advancing the plot… Yes, if you hadn’t sparked the idea, we might have moved the story along a bit further rather than spend most of the page on Bunny fan service…
Oh my gawarsh! The bountiful bronze bunny is back!… and still having problems with wardrobe I see. Oh well, some things never change. Thank God.
Meanwhile Bunz gazes in unconcerned ennui at the archaic boob-tube whilst absent mindedly scratching her cat and lounging in her underwear. She has adapted to our ways so quickly. (Where’s her beer?)
Eh, in the future, if you send me an’ email, I can fix any glitches in your comment, with your approval…
As to Bunz – Well she’s not Orphan Annie, she can change her hairstyle (occasionally even the color) along with her outfits and so on… Partially as I just get bored with drawing the same outfit etc in every panel… right now, seems she’s dropped the twin ponytails, though they’ll likely be back eventually…

Can’t wait for the director’s cut to come out.
Well… If you really really want to watch Kim & Trump go all Kissy-Face, there’s probably a Director’s Cut of that on YouTube…
Goodie! The incomparable, irrepressible Cutey Bunny is back! Maybe only for a cameo bit, but wot th’ ‘ell … us Bunnyphiles take whatever we can get!
Nice to see you still remember how to draw titties… 🙂

After all – which is more important – Hmmmm??

Bundles hair style seems to be quite different right now. Have we caught her just out of the shower? Or did you get caught in a local rainstorm?
Blasted voice writer. Keeps messing up what I say! I meant Bunz’s hairstyle!

Anybody else notice that this seems to be a continuation of the October 2016 calendar page?
Katz with an idea? A truly terrifying concept!
