You guessed it, the Clown Crumb of Crime is back with his newly fitted steel dentures and a yen for revenge! The situation is looking bleak for Bat Temp – and just a guess, but I think it’s about to get bleaker… But WHO will get the Last Laugh??
Ah I’m bustin’ out all over with stuff to say but ya know what? I’m gonna lay back and let somebody else go first. I’m just gonna sit here and keep my kernels of sage wisdom and insight to myself. Mindin’ my own business. That’s me, when I ain’t sayin’ nothin’ I don’t say nothin. Why am I talking all weird? This strip has gotten into my head.
I shall proceed. (ahem) Bunz is giving up way too easily. I think she’s got an angle Charlie! And just where has Katz gotten off too? He’s nowhere to be seen in the whole strip. You mark my words – there’s trouble brewing for Clown Crumb and Glueface.
Well, Bunz IS a “temp” for the regular bat guy, who has been off on a vacation. I’m expecting him to suddenly come back from where he was recreating (Chernobyl) and give a super splat & whammy to Glueface & the “crummy clown of crime”.
Seems this is a big month for Bunz – She & Katz and Harold Lloyd are featured in the September Calendar, “Safety Pantsed” over at the Cutey Bunny website…
An’ if ya mosey on over ta the Bunz & Katz FaceBook Page… (just click on the link to take you there)…Ya can also see Bunz in that low budget Spaghetti Western classic, as the Bunny with too many names, in “A Bra Full of Pesos”
Nah, Crumb doesn’t look a bit like Homer in clown make-up. However, Crumb might be able to use Krusty’s favorite line – “Don’t blame me. I didn’t do it.”
Just happened to notice… Where is Katz? Katz, the faithful henchbot, brave defender, stalwart subordinate? Well, knowing Katz, I suspect he took a powder once the serious firepower showed up… maybe hiding in the half-open garbage can so ostentatiously placed on the lower left corner of the strip?
With a next installment titled “The Last Laugh” Katz COULD spring out of the afore mentioned trash can, or maybe the dude Bunz is temping for. That would be a nasty suprise for Glue & Crums!
Sounds to me like we’d really like to see “the guy Bunz is temping for” show up in the story. Well ya know what? I’d like that too. But I still think Katz is up to something and that spells trouble for the no-good-nicks.

He can’t kill Bat Temp! Her bottom’s too cute!

This spot is just screaming for a monstrously corny Men Without Hats, “Safety Dance” parody. I must be strong…
Why is it that whenever I see Clown Crumb speaking I hear Krusty the Clown’s voice?
A strong “family” resemblance perhaps?

Either way, some no-good-nicks are gonna get theirs!
