A small disclaimer here… Y’see, sometimes one gets so used to a bit of inanity that we tend to forget that everyone else in other parts of the country, might not also be familiar with a certain facet of local um… “culture”… So here goes the explanation: Along Hollywood Boulevard, especially around the Chinese theater (the one with the foot prints in the concrete) these costumed characters congregate, wearing home made outfits of popular comics and film characters… they usually charge a few bux for tourists to take their photo with them… Now WHY anyone would want a souvenir photo of some costumed clown standing next to them has always escaped me… but they do… Which brings us back to Bunz & Katz – As they stroll up Hollywood boulevard, it’s almost inevitable that they should run across a few of these types – hence our current story sidetrack – it didn’t occur to me until long after I’d put together these pages that people in other parts of the country would have little idea as to what these two costumed bozos are about – I considered making some changes, but I thought the material was funny enough anyway, or if not, it’ll be over soon…
Also, for those of you who haven’t glommed it yet, we have a new April baseball themed Calendar featuring Bunz & Katz and um… some other Bunny, available at http://www.cuteybunny.com …
Eh? “The REST of her Bunny Ears”?? Er… how many ears do you think she has? No – it’s a “Sweat Drop” though these days I’m thinking that those Large Manga style ones are probably not a good idea…
An’ those stars on the pavement do not in real life actually include Elsie Segar and Al Capp… but then they really otta… I mean, some of those movie stars who are memorialized, under the cigarette butts an’ wads of used choon gum, will be forgotten… but those two cartoon geniuses, never…
Sorry, silvery sweat drop and silvery headband. But I wanted to add, that I like her Go Nagi type of female sideburns. Most women that can actually grow them, tend to electrocute them. What a waste.

Is that a well deserved bead of sweat on Bunz, or merely the rest of her bunny ears showing?
